1. Who This App Is For

Slotly is an administration tool intended solely for business owners and staff managing appointment-based businesses. It is not intended for use by end customers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform:

• Login credentials (phone and password) to authenticate admin users
• Shop information (business name, settings, social links, banner image)
• Appointment data (customer names and phone numbers as entered by your business)
• Worker profiles (names, photos, working hours, assigned services)
• Device push notification tokens to deliver booking alerts
• Media files (images and videos) uploaded by admins for shop stories

We do not collect location data, payment information, or any behavioral/analytics data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the Slotly booking management platform
• Authenticate admin users securely
• Deliver real-time push notifications for new, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments
• Store and display shop content (stories, worker profiles, settings)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for push notification delivery. Privacy policy

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS and WSS). Authentication uses short-lived JWT tokens with automatic expiry. Data is stored on secured servers at api.slot-ly.com.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon request to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
